Mary Ann Crocker
September 1st, 1926 - December 28th, 2021
Mary Ann Crocker passed away on December 28, 2021 at the age of 95. She was born on September 1st, 1926 in Watsonville, CA, where she lived until she and her family moved to Salinas in 1961. Mary Ann worked for various produce companies during her working years, then became a homemaker and caregiver for many of her beloved grandchildren. Mary Ann enjoyed helping other people and making them smile. She loved to sit in the sun and just “Be”. She enjoyed each new grandchild as they came in to this world, and Christmas-time with them as young children was a special time for her. KFC on Christmas Eve night became a tradition still followed by many of them today. Mary Ann is survived by her children, Coley Crocker Jr. (Janice) of Oregon, Judy Ann Meyers (David), David John Crocker (Laura) all from Salinas; grandchildren Lacey Crocker from Montana, Lisa Meyers, John Meyers, and Michael Meyers all from Salinas, Michelle Crocker, Kayla Crocker, Jessica Crocker and Amber Crocker all from Salinas; great-grandchildren Hunter Meyers, Jamison Meyers, and Sage Meyers of Idaho, Benjamin Meyers and Wells Meyers of Salinas, and beloved nephew Robert Pearcy (Debi). She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Coley Crocker Sr., son Willard Crocker, and twin sister Anna Marie Pearcy. Mary Ann was a member of Madonna Del Sasso Church in Salinas, CA. A private family service will be held followed by a burial at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

We Entrusted Mary Crocker's Care To
Healey Mortuary
At Healey, we treat our Salinas Valley community members like family. Our story begins after World War II when Veteran Herbert C. Healey hoped to find a way to continue to meaningfully help his county and community grow. He and his wife founded Salinas Valley Mortuary in 1956 to help serve the families in the Salinas Valley area. Their lifelong mission was to unselfishly serve area families based on their strong, trusting relationship with their community – something we honor to this day almost seven decades years later....
