Obituary Lexington - Mary Elizabeth Holland, 97, passed away Saturday, September 22nd, 2012. She was born in Cattletsburg, KY on September 25th, 1914 to the late Charles and Catherine Scott McClintock. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, John Charles Holland, her son, Joe W. Holland and brother, Robert W. McClintock. Survivors include her daughters, Mary Anne Daugherty, North Carolina, Melissa Holland, Lexington, sons, John R. (Connie) Holland, California, William P. (Sally), Stamping Ground, Kenneth L. (Sheary) Holland, Lexington, daughter in law, Martha Holland, of Nebraska, 14 grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday at 6:30 pm at Pax Christi Catholic Church officiated by Frs. Lawrence W. Hehman and Nicholas A. Pagano Jr. Visitation will be from 4:30 until the time of service. Private graveside services will be held Wednesday at Calvary Cemetery.
