January 9th, 1920 - February 1st, 2011
Mary Campbell Hyatt, 91, of Greensboro, passed away on February 1, 2011, at Guilford Health Care Center. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, at Lambeth-Troxler Funeral Chapel with the Reverends Greg Cassady and Mark Hurt officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. Mrs. Hyatt was born in Guilford County to Archie and Lillie Simmons. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands Lawrence H. Campbell and William Hyatt, three sisters and three brothers, and step son, Jerry L. Hyatt. Mrs. Hyatt is survived by a step daughter, Terry Ward; step-granddaughters, Shannon Proefrock and Jamie Tinsley; step-grandsons, Robbie Ward and Eddie Ward; 5 step-great-grandchildren; caretaker and niece, Lisa Tallent, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 2:00 pm Friday, prior to the service.
