Mary "Cobb Keller" Anna Miles
June 13th, 1916 - January 24th, 2009
Mary Anna (Cobb Keller) Miles was born June 13, 1916 to Harlace A. and Lesta Jane (Ashenhurst) Cobb in Benton County Missouri. Mary Anna was the fourth of ten children; she attended school in Benton County at the Shiloh School which was a one room school house. In 1933 Mary Anna meet and married Francis B. Keller of Clinton, Missouri and they were married December 16, 1933. In 1934 she moved with her husband to Prospect Valley, CO. Where they farmed and raised cattle and sheep, to this union was born three children Harlace Allen, Wilma Lee and Henry Edward. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church and taught Sunday School for many years. In 1947 she moved with her family to Macon, MO. for a short time. In 1952 she moved with her family to Caldwell, ID. She worked at the Glen Evans Fish Fly Factory for six years. She loved flowers and yard work, and for family to gather. In 1960 her husband was killed in an auto accident, and in August 19, 1964 she married David Miles in Elko, NV. They made their home in Wilder, ID and farmed in the Marsing area until retiring. They loved to go fishing and traveling. In 1985 David passed away Mary Anna continued living in Wilder until 1996 and than moved backed to Caldwell. She enjoyed playing cards and going to Sunday breakfast with her family. She is survived by her three children Harlace Allen Keller of Fruitland, ID, Wilma Lee Hodge (Doyle), Caldwell, ID, Henry Edwars Keller (Sandra), Elgin OK., 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 18 great great-grandchildren, one sister Opal Hanon of San Bernardino, CA, one sister-in-law Audray Cobb, Humanville, MO, three step daughters Doneta Baca, Cleone Morris, Alice White and their families. She was preceded in death by her husbands David Miller and Francis Keller her parents Harlace and Lesta Cobb, five brothers three sisters one granddaughters one grandson and one great grandson. A time of visitation and viewing will be held for her at Flahiff Funeral Chapel Caldwell Thursday, January 29th from 5-8 pm. A graveside service will be held at Park View Cemetery in New Plymouth on Friday, January 30th at 10:30 am. Services are under the direction of Flahiff Funeral Chapel Caldwell. Service Information
