Matthew Thomas Bubb After a yearlong battle with cancer, the extremely talented Matt has finally gone on to become a great star in the heavens. A performance artist and intellectual trivia buff, Matt was also known as Geneva Convention, a cofounder of the drag troupe, "The Dolls." Matthew was born on June 15th, 1963 in Albuquerque and raised in Bosque Farms by his parents, Raymond and Mary Lou, who preceded him in death. The Bubbs were avid horse breeders and were known far and wide for their equestrian knowledge, creating the beginning of the fame for the Bubb name. Theatre patrons will best remember Matt for his character of Marilyn in the much beloved "Joan Crawford/Marilyn Monroe Christmas Shows". Without him, the world will never be the same. He is survived by his life partner, Kenneth Ansloan and his loving family. Also surviving him are his nuclear family of performers and his many fans. Donations in his name may be made to the Albuquerque Social Club. A memorial Service will be held at Risen Savior Community Church on 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE (821-1571).
