Maureen Ann Knoop, 42, of St. Petersburg, passed away May 16, 2012. Maureen was born in St. Petersburg and worked for many years as a licensed practical nurse. She is survived by her loving family; son, Charles "Chip"; mother, Carol; brothers, Michael (Katie) and Steven; sisters, Eileen (David) Blackmer and Kathleen (David) Hawkins; as well as many nieces and nephews. Maureen was pre-deceased by her father, Charles. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, May 22nd, 11:30 AM at St. Paul's Catholic Church, 1800 12th Street North, St. Petersburg. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Maureen's memory to the American Institute for Cancer Research (aicr.org). David C. Gross Funeral Homes, Central Avenue Chapel in St. Petersburg is serving the family. Service Information
