SLATER, Maureen Lillian Ward "Mo, Cookie," 49, of Seffner, Florida passed away Saturday, May 30, 2015. Cookie was born on March 22, 1966 in New York and moved to Florida in 1971. She is survived by her one daughter, Christina Wiggins; one brother, Richard W. Ward, Jr. and wife, Missy Tolbert; six sisters, Connie Turner and husband, Chris, Marianne Baab and husband, Kenneth, Lorraine Gagne and husband, James, Patricia Hall and husband, Allen, Elizabeth Cooper, and Catherine Ward-Bargo; one grandson, Titus; three granddaughters, Ivy, Aria, and Sebrina; Danne Slater; Donnie Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will take place at 2 pm on Saturday, June 13 at All Saints Lutheran Church in Lutz. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Cookie's memory to your favorite charity.
