Max Joseph Brown
August 11th, 1954 - November 13th, 2016
Max J, Brown died Nov. 13th at CMC due to complications from diabetes. Max was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn J. Brown of Charlotte and his sister, Deborah Davenport of Shallotte, N.C. Max had a love for Harley Davidson's from a young age. He started in his Granddads garage and moved on to work at Harley Davidson of Charlotte, eventually getting his technical training in Milwaukee. He moved on to owning his own repair shop, Browns American Cycles on Monroe Rd. Enjoying the lifestyle, he made it all the way to Sturgis for the biggest rally of them all. Max's lifelong friends will hold a memorial run for him this Sunday. Nov. 20th, beginning at Ben's V-twins, 5815 W Hwy 74 in Indian Trail, NC and will end at the Pineville Tavern, 314 N. Polk St in Pineville, North Carolina. A special thanks to all the staff at Novant Health and CMC for their gracious care in his last days. Tribute Cremation Society is serving the Brown family.
