McKenzie Jordan Miller, 24, of Lexington, SC, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019. She was the devoted daughter of Tracy Miller and Shannon McVey and step daughter of Tracey McVey. McKenzie was a creative entrepreneur. She maintained an online business for candles, jewelry and was an artistic designer as well as working for UPS. McKenzie loved to travel. She vacationed frequently in the Miami and Crystal River Florida areas. She enjoyed kayaking and had a love of all animals. In addition to her father, mother and step father, McKenzie is survived by her grandparents David and Joyce Furtick; three brothers, Dylan Miller, Tyler Miller and Payton McVey. Also surviving are her close friends; Jonathan Sheibani, Brittany Simmons and Karen Fulton; a host of other relatives and friends; and her two furry friends, Mowgli and Kevin. She was predeceased in death by her grandparents, Berlin and Betty Miller and Frank J. Skenes. A celebration of McKenzie’s life will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Taylor Plantation located at 127 Taylor Lane, Lexington, SC 29073. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to McKenzie's favorite charity, Susan G Komen of South Carolina @: https://komensouthcarolina.org/ or to the charity of your choice.
