It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Melvin Stark at the age of 98 in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Melvin, born on July 16, 1925, was the beloved son of Conrad and Ida Stark. On August 5, 1950, Melvin married the love of his life, Marjorie Stark, who preceded him in death. Melvin dedicated his career to engineering, a profession that mirrored his passion for working with his hands. Beyond his professional life, he found joy in fixing things around the house, building furniture, antiquing, and restoring old cars. His enthusiasm for automobiles led him to become a valued member of The Waukesha Old Car Club.A logical thinker, Melvin had a gift for turning everyday moments into valuable learning opportunities for his friends, coworkers, and especially his family. Above all else, Melvin cherished his family, finding immense pride and joy in his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.Melvin is survived by his brothers Dale (Mary Lee) Stark, his loving children Dan (Lynne) Stark and Kathy (David) Mesick, as well as his cherished grandchildren: Beth (Dave) Bailey, Jordan (Lauren) Stark, Ben (Karlee) Stark, Erika (Dave) Konkel, Sarah (Alejandro) Poblano, and Daniel Mesick. His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren: Caroline, Andrew, William Bailey, Bridgette, Rowan, Anna, and Jack Stark, Ben, Evelyn, Marjorie, and Emilia Konkel, and Alejandro and Sofia Poblano.
