We Entrusted Melynda Morgan's Care To

Accent Funeral Home

Accent Funeral Home

A local landmark in Meridian, Accent Funeral Home has been serving the community since 1986. The business was first established with a vision to offer services in a comfortable, homelike atmosphere. This vision is reflected in our building, a Tudor-style home built in 1938 for a local postman. When remodeling the house to accommodate the funeral home, much care was taken to preserve the original architectural integrity of the building. The Accent Funeral Home holds a special relationship with the Meridian community and is sensitive to the area’s changing needs, providing service and friendship to comfort those we serve.

🕯️ Mindy and I worked together from January 2011 to September 2017 at Milan Institute. We both worked the frond desk so we had a lot of time to talk. She loved her kids and husband so much. They are all that she talked about. She was a pretty private person but we bonded over the love of reading and would always have conversations about what book we were reading at the time. I was so shocked to hear about her passing and still am in disbelief several day later. I am sending love and prayers to her husband and kids and hope that they can heal and live the life that Mindy would want them to. RIP Mindy and I will miss you.

I worked with Mindy at Milan Institute in Nampa. She was always so happy! Everything around her shined like sunshine when she was there. She always had a smile on her face and her pretty blue eyes always sparkled! She brought so much laughter to the room. She was so proud of her babies and her husband. Her children were the topic of all our conversations and the shenanigans they would get into. I went out to her house one time and dyed her hair for her. It was so much fun! We laughed so hard and had such a blast. She made you feel welcome and loved. I will miss her happy laugh-her face always turned red when she laughed. I'm going to miss that. Her eyes were the prettiest blue I have ever seen. I will miss seeing their sparkle. I'm going to miss you so much. Rest in Peace now my dear, sweet friend.
