Michael Eric Crutchfield

Michael Eric Crutchfied, age 56, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on February 9, 2012. He was born March 17, 1955 in Savannah, GA. Michael was preceded in death by his parents, James and Melba Crutchfield and two brothers, Murray "Pee-Wee" and Roger. He was a beloved husband, father, and brother. Michael was known for his great sense of humor and his cheerful outlook on life. He enjoyed helping others and he will be greatly missed by his friends and family. Michael is survived by his wife, Vicki Crutchfield; three daughters, Carla Crutchfield, Candice Costley and husband Daniel, Cherish Fossum and husband Shane and five grandchildren, Brianna Alba, Emma Costley, Tyler Costley, Broly Fossum and Adryan Fossum. He is also survived by three brothers, Jim Crutchfield and wife Celeste, Don Crutchfield and wife LaVonne and Dennis Crutchfield; sister, Cindy Poolaw and husband Rick; father-in-law, John Bateman; sister-in-law Patricia Sciumbato and her husband Gabrial and his "adopted family" Gail Tangel and Georgia Anderson. A Celebratio of Michael's life will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012, at 1:30 PM at Monterey Baptist Church, 12501 Lomas Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM. Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to your favorite charity.
