Michael Edward Doheny
November 18th, 1933 - September 30th, 2016
Michael Doheny was born into this world on November 18, 1933 and welcomed into God's loving grace on September 30, 2016 among the love and laughter of family. He was a Navy Veteran of 10 years who served proudly on the USS Valley Forge. He was a graduate of Gonzaga University and spent over 30 years as an educator, culminating, with 18 well spent years in Tonopah, NV which is considered his finest work. One of his greatest passions being the teaching of theater and arts. His involvement in Alcoholics Anonymous had not only enriched himself but also touched the lives of so many others. He leaves behind a loving and caring wife of 14 years, Carol Ann; a sister, Rosemary O'Brien, three children, John Doheny, Chris Doheny and Heather McAmis; eleven grandchildren and well as countless friends and acquaintances. Michael and his wonderful Irish sense of humor will be greatly missed. At the family's request there will be no services.
