Michael E. Downey Sr., 68, passed away on Tuesday, February 4, 2020. A native of Frankfort, he was born on August 5, 1951 to Charles Downey and the late Juanita Casto Downey. He laid tracks for the railroad. In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Teresa McClease; his son, Michael Downey Jr; and his grandchildren, Bradley and Amber McClease. Services will be planned for a later date.
