Michael "Alta Mendel" Allen Flank

Michael Allen Flank, 69, of Las Vegas, passed away Friday, April 14, 2017. Michael was born February 5, 1948 in New York NY to the late Henry and Caroline Flank. He retired after more than 30 years in the gaming industry and enjoyed reading, sports and the outdoors. Along with his wife, Michael focused much of his time on supporting educational organizations that provide better opportunities for children in the community. Michael is survived by his beloved wife of 29 years Brenda Moore Flank; daughter Amanda (Flank) Locklear and son-in law Ron Locklear of Las Vegas; grandchildren Jordan Alibangbang, Tristan Alibangbang, and Jacob Locklear, all of Las Vegas; parents Henry Flank and Caroline Eichenbaum; siblings Harvey Flank of Passaic, NJ and Gail (Flank) Centonzo and her husband Rob of Staten Island, NY; nephews Douglas Flank of East Rockaway, NY and Joseph Centonzo of Staten Island, NY; niece Kimberley (Centonzo) Marucheau of Staten Island, NY; and cousins Howard and Dee Silver, Marvin and Sue Silver and Mark Silver. The funeral will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Kraft Sussman Funeral Services, 3975 S Durango Dr., Las Vegas, 89147 followed by burial at Bunkers Memory Gardens Cemetery, 7251 W.
