HOOPS, Michael LeRoy, 47, a lifelong resident of Tampa, passed away October 11, 2013. Michael loved the outdoors, and enjoyed golf, fishing, and doing yard work. He was dearly loved by family and friends, and will be missed. He is survived by his three children, Sara Ann Gold, Michael LeRoy Hoops II, and Brian David Hoops; five grandchildren, Isabella Ortiz, Austin Hoops, Bentley Hoops, Julian Hoops and Jordan Hoops; parents, Merle LeRoy Hoops and Marilyn Hoops; sisters, Sherry Anderson and Bristainy Daly; longtime friend, Cindy Travis; extended family and many friends. Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, Friday, October 18, 2013, at Florida Mortuary, 4601 N. Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33603. Services will follow at 2:00 PM.
