Michael George Marquardt
June 26th, 1947 - June 15th, 2017
Lexington, KY Michael Mike Marquardt, 69, died June 15, 2017. He is survived by his wife Mary (Nash) Marquardt; daughters Monica Marquardt Trull and Michelle (Rob Taylor) Marquardt of Chicago, IL; sister Julia (Dan) Smith of Kalamazoo, MI; brother Steve (Cherrie) Marquardt of Lexington and granddaughter Gemma June Taylor; several nieces; as well as the Punch-Alexander family (Traci, Maddie, Jake and Evan). He was preceded in death by his father Walter G. Marquardt, mother Bess Jackson Marquardt and nephew Jeff Smith. Mike was co-owner of Retail Loyalty Marketing, LLC. He was a successful salesman earning top honors and accolades throughout his career, three times being named Man of the Year. Mike had several passions. Namely golf, University of Kentucky sports, hunting and fishing. Funeral Information There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends from 5-7PM, Monday, June 19, 2017 followed by a Celebration of Mikes life service at 7PM at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing.
