Obituary for Michael Joseph Osborn Michael was born January 13, 1937 in Buffalo, NY to Rose Wilde Osborn & John Osborn. Michael passed away at home, in St. Petersburg, FL on Sunday ,January 20, 2013, after a long illness. Michael is survived by his wife of 35 yrs, Sharon Latham Osborn, his daughters: Victoria (Ed) McGowan of St. Petersburg, FL; Dawn (Ted) Stein; Theresa (Richard) O'Brien & Anna (Tim) Weeks, of NY, Julianne Wood (Randy Hildebrand), Holiday, FL. His sisters Genevieve Osborn (Brown) and Rosemary Osborn (Lamb). His grandchildren are: Krysten Venable (Ryan) Whitaker of Pinellas Park, FL; Chantell Hildebrand, Holiday, FL; SSG Dakota Leavitt (Meaghan), U.S. Army, Ft. Campbell, KY & their two children, Gavin and Alexandra; grandson, Ken Leavitt & his daughter, Nakota Leavitt of NY; Christina Stein, Sandra Stein (and son Tykeem Travis), Danielle Stein, Charity Osborn (John Courtney) & sons, Dominick & Alex; Leslie Warren (David), sons Ryan, Jaden, Evan & daughter, Hailey; Nichole Warren (Andrew) & daughter, Andrea, sons Brandon, Dylan & Chase; Sheldon Reyome; Sheila Reyome Arnold (Mike), son Michael Bennett, daughter, Madison & son, Cameron, NY, and grand daughter Michelle (John) Reiger, NY. Step sons, Tom, Ricky, & Vinny Pizzo & step daughter, Kathy Pizzo, NY. Two surviving sisters, Genevieve (Walter) Brown, NY, and Rosemary Lamb (Bob). And many nieces, nephews, including Kasandra Adams, & Kayla Cupples, IL; Frank (Coleen) Gullo, NY, Sharon Sheils, NY, Ed Schatzka (Cookie), CA, Christopher Latham (Kathy), Tiffany Latham, Christopher Ryan Latham, Charise Hollers; Victoria Latham, Melinda Miguel, Angela Palomares, & Nicholas Miguel; brother in law, Larry Latham of CA, and his beloved dog, Sassy, and his work/family/church friends. He was a member of First Baptist of Indian Rocks, Largo, FL for over 20 years. Mike was a honest, hard working family man, he was a wonderful cook, and enjoyed being with his family, eating out, cooking, going to movies & making jokes. He especially loved children & was delighted to be a Grandpa & Great Grandpa. He was a perfectionist, loved things in certain places/done certain ways, and took pride in a job well done, an honorable man. Those of us who were fortunate to know him, loved him dearly and he will be greatly missed. He made a point of learning the names of everyone he had business with, making them his friends, like our pharmacy, the grocery store, place where we got chlorine for pool, guys who changed his car oil, etc. They all knew him by name & he theirs. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Rose Wilde Osborn; and also siblings, John Osborn (Carmella); Robert Osborn (Cindy); Charlotte Bowers; Elizabeth Osborn; Catherine Gullo; Patricia Eddy; Pauline Marzakowski; Theresa Osborn; Marie Pickering and his wife Sharon's parents, Paul & Marguerite Borg. Latham, CA.
