Michael Christopher Tambe

Michael Tambe, age 25, born Oct. 19, 1980, left us Sept 26, 2006, after a two year couragous battle with brain cancer. Michael will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Michael had a great love for life, family and friends. He had many passions. One being his mustang that he had been rebuilding during his battle with cancer. Michael liked to play frisbee golf, paint ball and camp with his friends and his dog, Jade. Michael's sport was baseball and his favorite team was the A's, who he had his dream come true of being on the A's field and meeting some of his favorite players, just day's before passing. He has left behind his mother Susie Tambe; his Nana Joanne and Papa Tom Brown; Uncle Steve Harris of Forest Ranch; Uncle Rick; Aunt Patti and cousins Kaiti and Ryan of Washington. Also his Uncles: Jerry and Paul; Aunts Judy and Vicki; cousins: Jeannine, Jennifer, Alexis and Patrick. Michael was preceeded in death by his father, Chris Tambe and grandparents, Angie and Ida Tambe. Michael had many special friends who stood by his side throughout his illness. He also had much loving care from the entire staff at radiation and infusion that meant so very much to him. Michael was such an amazing young man that during his 2 1/2 year battle, he never once complained. Friends are invited to attend a potluck memorial service at the Tambe home on Friday, Oct. 6, 2006, at 5 P.M. Michael's wish of a camping trip with all his friends will be fullfllled on Oct. 13-15th, 2006, at the Potato Patch campground. Michael also enjoyed volunteering at the Kirshner Foundation in Durham.
