"Palmer, Michael A. Wawrzonek, 55, died on Sunday, May 27 at Baystate Medical Center with his family by his side. Born in Palmer he was the son of Joseph and Estelle (Gaudette) Wawrzonek and he was a lifelong resident and graduate of Pathfinder High School. He was employed at Balise Auto for the past 23 years. Mike enjoyed taking his sons to the Monson Hill Climbs and monster truck shows. He will be missed by his sons, Jonathan of New Braintree and Matthew with whom he lived along with his grandsons Jayden and Abel. His three brothers, Philip, Alan and David also survive him. A Memorial Mass will be on Friday, June 1 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, please meet directly at the church. Burial will follow in St. Peter and Paul Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Beers and Story Palmer Funeral Home, 1475 North Main St., Palmer, MA 01069. Please visit www.beersandstory,com for more information."
