Michael Wentworth Michael passed Oct 6, 2016. He was born June 28, 1940 in Eugene to Dean Addison Wentworth and Rhoen (York) Wentworth. After graduating from South Eugene High, he joined the Air Force, serving 4 years. He enjoyed traveling and skiing. He returned home to Eugene working retail at Maier & Frank and the North Bend Emporium, etc. Mike loved being active - skiing, sailing, miniature modeling and beginning flying lessons. We figured his cars never needed anti-freeze - they were always on the move. That was Mike. Outgoing, he loved the monthly breakfasts with Junior and Senior High classmates, the informal coffee and lunch dates with others. He spent the last part of his career driving truck for Franz Bakery. He is survived by his wife, Judy; son, Kevin; stepson, Tim Gautney (Michelle); stepdaughter, Sherri Holma (Paul); sister, Patricia Ward (Larry); grandchildren, Amanda, Thomas, Gabby and Jacob, and a new great granddaughter, Violette.
