Michelle Joy Frasl Dozier, 52 of Yuba City, CA passed away Friday, April 9, 2021. Born June 12, 1968, in Gridley, CA, she was the daughter of the late Stanley Barrett and Verna Threlkeld (Bill) Edwards of Yuba City. Michelle joins her grandparents, Llyod and Reba Threlkeld in Heaven. She is survived by her husband, Cortney Dozier; her four children, Jimmy (Emily) Vasquez of Orangevale, CA, Jennifer (Charlie) Orozco of Sacramento, CA, Jonathan Vasquez, and Haylee Dozier, both of Yuba City, CA; two step-children, Ryan (Naomi) Dozier, and Derek Dozier, both of Loma Rica, CA; and her twelve grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Leslie Allison; and brother, Sean (Jennifer) Frasl; both of Yuba City, CA, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Family, friends, and others whose lives Michelle touched are invited to Ullrey Memorial Chapel, 817 Almond Street, Yuba City, on Sunday, April 18, 2021, between 3-5 pm for a visitation. Funeral Services will be held at Sutter Cemetery Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at 10 am. A Celebration of Life for our beloved Michelle will follow the services at 1515 Loanor Drive, Yuba City.
