Michelle Louisa Spencer

Michelle Louisa (Ornelas) Spencer age 46 from Lakewood Colorado left us on Saturday October 22, 2022 at Lutheran Medical Center. Michelle was born on June 26, 1976 in Denver, Colorado to Frank and Patti (Medina) Ornelas. From the beginning of time Michelle loved to laugh and what a great laugh she had. Michelle loved music, if she heard a song that she liked she was able to play it back by ear on her keyboard. Michelle started writing poems at a young age which were so deep and touching. Michelle worked in the hospitality industry all of her career. She was such an amazing people person even though she would never admit it. Michelle worked for Marriott for about 12 years, Marriott was the highlight and love of her career. Michelle started as the shipping and receiving clerk and quickly advanced to a concierge position, then to a banquet server and finally promoted to the Supervisor over Food and Banquets, Purchasing and Stewards. Michelle had a built knack of providing excellent customer service, even for the most difficult customers by using her quick wit and great sense of humor which earned her many awards from the company. Michelle loved helping others, whether it was family, friends or community. Michelle so dearly loved her family and friends, she will truly be missed by everyone that had the opportunity to get to know her. Michelle is survived by: Her Grandpa Jess Medina Her mother Patti Forbes and stepfather Scott Forbes Her sister Rachel Johnson and Rachel’s children Phoenix and Paris Johnson Her uncles John, Jim and Sylvan Medina Her cousins Chris, Jesse and Joe Medina And numerous other relatives
