Mickie Jo Hillman
January 10th, 1938 - October 11th, 2023
Mickie Jo Hillman, 85, of Greeley went home to be with our Lord on October 11, 2023. She was surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 10, 1938 in Crosbyton, TX to Ted and Lillian (Calk) Steen. She was a devoted Christian, every morning she and her husband spent time reading devotionals and bible scriptures. She graduated from Matador High School and went on to attend Texas Tech University. She married Myron Hillman on September 7, 1957 in Matador, TX and they started their family. Mickie was a homemaker who enjoyed reading, sewing, cooking, cribbage, and always looked forward to spending time with her daughters and her grandkids. She loved the holidays so she could be with her family which was so important to her. Survivors include her husband, four daughters; Belinda Gomez, Deborah Panter, Evangeline Aragon, and Sheri Hein, six grandchildren; Kirstin Blake, Addison Gomez, Makayla Foley, Jesse Heneger, Richard Guebara and Madelynn Hein, four great-grandchildren; Emily Cook, Brogan and Gentry Blake and Thiago Guebara. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister June Cunningham, a brother Ronnie Steen, and a great-grandson Becker Blake. Cremation has taken place with private family services.
