Rivera, Miguel A., 83, of St. Petersburg, Florida, died Thursday April 1, 2004 at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg. Born in Vieques, Puerto Rico, he moved to St. Petersburg in 2001 from Vero Beach, Florida. He served in the Army during WWII and was a Civil Engineer in the Federal Government and worked for the US Navy for 30 years. He graduated from Texas A&M, attended Blessed Trinity Catholic Church, St. Petersburg and was past president of Rotary and Lion?s Clubs in Fajardo and Naguabo, Puerto Rico. He is survived by a daughter, Johanna C. Stulginsky, Herndon, VA; two sons, Miguel O. Rivera, Orlando, FL and Jorge L. Rivera, St. Petersburg, FL; a sister, Carmen Arroyo, Bayamon, Puerto Rico and six grandchildren.
