Miguel Valdez, age 79 of Alcalde, NM died a peaceful death at his home in Alcalde, NM on May 29,2020 at 1:30 p.m., surrounded by his family. He was born April 7, 1941 to Maria Cruzita Martinez and Cornelio Valdez. He was Married to Teresita Valdez. He is survived by his 3 sons, Rodney Valdez, Kevin Valdez (wife JoAnn), and Eugene Valdez, 4 Grandchildren Timothy Martinez, Adrian Valdez, Lynette Trujillo (Husband Marcos), Angelic Valdez and Gage Valdez. 1 Great Grandchild Serenity Trujillo. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Rosenaldo (Juanita), Floyd (Viola), Richard (Angie), Criselda Trujillo, Frutosa Dupree, Edumenia Martinez, and Mary Garcia. Surviving Siblings are, Alfonso (Racheal), Elias (Gloria), Clyde (Lucille), Ruben (Juanita), David (Grace), Irene Valdez and Alisandra Martinez and many more relatives. A Funeral Service will be held June 10, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at San Juan Catholic Church in San Juan N.M. Ashes will be laid to rest immediately after service at La Villita N.M. Cemetary in Alcalde, N.M. Pallbearers Alonso Aragon and James Viarreal. Honorary Pallbearers Lynnette Trujillo, Angelic Valdez and Adrian Valdez.
