Mindho Kaur Basi

Mindho Kaur Basi, a longtime resident of Yuba City, CA, passed away on June 19, 2018. She was born in Khat Khar Khurd, Punjab, India and immigrated to the United States in 1975 with her children. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt dedicated to her family and friends. She is survived by sons, Makhan S. Basi, Parmjit S. Basi and Avtar S. Basi and daughter, Jasbir K. Dhillon. Brothers, Nirmal S. Vraitch and Didar S. Vraitch of Yuba City and Surinder S. Vraitch of Colusa. Her sisters, Darshan K. Khangura and Jaspal K. Johl. She is preceded in death by her husband Gurchatan Singh Basi, parents Chanan S. Vraitch and Gurdial K. Vraitch, sisters Nirmal Kaur, Gurbax K. Chima, and Surinder K. Sidhu, and son-in-law Nanak S. Dhillon. She was blessed with a large family and had many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be missed dearly but will live in our hearts and memories forever. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 12:00pm - 2:00pm at Ullrey Memorial Chapel located at 817 Almond Street, Yuba City, followed by prayers at Sikh Temple, Tierra Buena Road, Yuba City.
