Mona Ann Vaughn, age 96, a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2013 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born in Atwood, Oklahoma March 24, 1917 to Woodrow and Lula Belle Hall. Mona had worked for many years at New Mexico State University as a Nutritionist. She is survived by four children, Paskell L. Vaughn, Norma Morgan, Anita Vaughn and David Vaughn, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two children, Daniel Vaughn and Lenora Vaughn. A celebration of Mona's life will be held on Friday, April 19, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Riverside Funeral Home of Albuquerque Chapel, located at 225 San Mateo Blvd. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park with Pablo LeFebre officiating.
