Monica Angelic Johnson, 62, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021. She was born on March 30, 1959 in Sheboygan Wisconsin to Pauline Margaret Armstrong (Posey) and Paul Harris. Monica was self-employed and owned a successful construction company that she and former husband Albert Johnson worked tirelessly to build together. Monica was a free-spirited person and anyone that knew her would run to her for comfort and advice. She lived life to the fullest and was fiercely passionate about those she loved and compassionate to those who she didn't know but needed help. Monica loved spending time with her grandkids, and had an admiration for dogs and birds. Some of her hobbies included, golf, bowling, dancing, cooking and she enjoyed shopping (especially for shoes). Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Pauline Margaret Armstrong; daughters, Stephenie Istvanditsch (Kyle), Marcia Shelton, Andrea Shelton, and Tiffany Johnson; sons, Paul Shelton, Michael Johnson (Jenn); sisters, Juliana Gerlach (Roderic), Vanessa Sharpe (Norm); Paula Luce, Marla Harris, Rhonda Smith Loveless; brothers, Mark Armstrong (Lori), Ronald Harris (Jenny), Michael Luce (Lisa), Kevin Smith; grandchildren, Tristen Curtis, Keely Curtis, and Sonnie Istvanditsch. Monica is preceded in death by her father Paul Harris and her brother Vincent Armstrong. Visitation for Monica Johnson will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 2PM-3PM at Clark Legacy Center, Brannon Crossing. A memorial service will follow at 3PM. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made directly to the funeral home toward the cost of the service.
