Mr. Wilmer King "Billy" Foster, Jr. , 88, passed away on December 16, 2020. There will be a Memorial Service Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. David Grantham officiating. Friends may greet family one hour prior. Billy went to work at Robins Air Force Base in 1950. He was an electronic technician and retired and worked at Plant Scherer for 25 years and also at Robins Air Force Base. He was a former Deacon at First Baptist Church of Centerville. Billy loved the Lord and his family and was very dear to him. He was the son of the late W.K. Foster, Sr. and the late Mary Edna Whaley Foster. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Maxine Abbott Foster; special sons, Dwight and Glen Foster. Please sign the online guest registry at www.heritagemfh.com.
