Myra Brookreson
December 12th, 1945 - March 9th, 2020
Myra Brookreson passed away on the Evening of March 9, 2020. She was born in Oklahoma on December 12, 1945, to Lewis and Jean Dodd. Myra was an avid Seahawks fan, never missing an opportunity to give players and refs alike a piece of her mind regardless of the fact they couldn’t hear her through the TV. When she wasn’t rooting on her Hawks, she was the most (and possibly only) vocal fan at any of her kids’ sporting events. Immensely proud of her children, Myra would best be described as selfless to a fault. She would give them and anyone else her last dime or the shirt off her back, whether she had one or the other in reserve or not. Myra is survived by her siblings, Elva and Paul; her children, Leesa, Beth, Will, and Nate; and countless grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be thought of often and missed terribly. A celebration of life will be held in the not too distant future in order to share the many great memories Myra was a part of.
