Obituary for: Nancy E. "Bettye" Bedingfield (Mama B) Nancy E. "Bettye" Bedingfield, (Mama B) age 93, of LaBelle, FL passed away November 7, 2010 in Lehigh Acres, FL She was born Mar. 12, 1917 in Marshallville, GA., daughter of the late Miles Herman Crocker and the late Ethel Helena Fleetwood Crocker. She was a resident of LaBelle for the past twenty years and was a former, longtime resident of Dudley, GA. Bettye was a member of Carlson Memorial United Methodist Church in LaBelle. Survivors include two sons: George William (Cheryl) Bedingfield of Clermont, FL, Eldridge (Pat) Bedingfield of LaBelle, FL, grandchildren: Chip, Miles, Bryan, Mimi, Melanie and Doyle and thirteen great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 13, 2010, 1:00 p.m. at Carlson Memorial United Methodist Church in LaBelle with Rev. Warren Grant officiating and a memorial will be held in Dudley, GA at a later date. Cremation was at Caloosa Crematory in LaBelle.
