We were so shocked and sorry to see that your mother had passed away. I don't think I ever knew anyone who was so full of life. We have so many wonderful memories of your family during the Cuyahoga Falls years; your mother and I baking hundreds of Christmas cookies, the Ocean City vacations, and many neighborhood picnics (remember the scavenger hunts - they were your mother's doing)! Our kids always loved her, as did we. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all of your family.

Nan and I met in the 1980s in UCF Counseling Program and she was a very supportive friend to me when I went through my divorce. She did light up the world with her smile and she was a very special friend. I moved to Asheville and lost contact with a lot of friends but she held a special place in my heart. I'm sorry for your loss but aren't we all so fortunate to have had Nan in our lives.
