WORTHINGTON, Nancy, 69, of Tampa, passed away June 22, 2008. She was born September 7, 1938 in Waterloo, New York. She was a very caring mother and grandmother. She extended that love and care in her work as a home health caregiver. Nancy was a christian and very active in her church. Nancy was preceded in death by her children, Scott, Barry, Brian, Cheryl Worthington and grandson, Phillip Burton. Survivors include, daughters, Lynne (Tracy) Mintz and Valerie (Daniel) Palazzone; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, David (Ann) Scharett; Billy and Joey Scharett. hn glover death datepsychology and lung cancer
