Nathan Olmstead

September 13th, 1982 - August 11th, 2024

On Friday, August 11, 2024; Nathan Olmstead, loving father and beloved son, passed away after his battle with cancer. Nathan was born September 13, 1982, to George Olmstead and Shirley Cade in Socorro, NM.

 

He is survived by his father, George Olmstead of Datil, NM; his mother, Shirley Cade of Albuquerque, NM; his four children, Isaac Otero of Lemitar, NM, Ivan Olmstead, Monalisa Olmstead, and Nathan Olmstead all in Albuquerque, NM; his brother, Shaun Spetter of Columbus, OK; and his sister, Tasha Olmstead of Albuquerque. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and ten nieces and nephews.

 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Don and Millie Cade of Bradford, IL, Bill and Myrt Latiker of New York and Diane Olmstead of Datil, NM.

 

Nathan graduated from Magdalina, High School. He was a plumber by trade. He worked for the Frontier Restaurant for the last eight years. His passion was the love he had for his family and friends. He enjoyed collecting Pokémon Cards and his hot wheels collection. He was an avid Browns fan.

 

His celebration of life will take place at his home on his 42nd birthday. In lieu of flowers, donations to be made to his GoFundMe account. The family would like to thank everyone for all of your support.
