"Belchertown - Nathanial O'Rourke Nicholson, 24, passed away June 18, 2017. Born May 7, 1993 in Hilo, HI, he was the son of the late Timothy Nicholson, Sr. and Amie (Arnold) Nicholson-Elwardany, with whom he lived. Nate grew up in Indian Orchard and Belchertown, where he attended school. He lived a short time in Florida, before returning to Belchertown to be with family. He was very artistic and creative. Nate took much enjoyment in nature and had a love for animals. Nathan loved life and was very accepting of everyone and everything. He will be fondly be remembered his sense of humor and how much he loved and cared for his friends and family. Nathan will be dearly missed by his mother, Amie, along with her husband Ayman Elwardany, as well as his sister Victoria. He also leaves his maternal grandparents, Laurie and Lawrence Arnold of Milford along with many aunts, uncles and close cousins. Besides his father, he was predeceased by his sister, Casey Nicholson in 2009. Visitation will be Thursday, June 29th from 4-6:30 with remembrances to be shared at 6:30 p.m. at the Beers & Story Belchertown Funeral Home with burial to followed on Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Cemetery in Milford, MA.
