Nathaniel "Nate" James Williams
March 19th, 1975 - August 11th, 2020
Nathaniel (Nate) James Williams was born on March 19,1975 to Lavonn and Brenda Williams in Portland, Oregon. Nate spent the majority of his life in Tacoma, Washington, but also lived in England, California, and Nevada. Nate dedicated his life to Christ and was baptized at Central Church of Christ. He attended Tacoma Public Schools and later went on to pursue an education at Cascade College in Portland, Oregon. Nate was a big teddy bear---a people person with a great sense of humor and an unforgettable laugh! He never met a stranger! He was a loving HUSBAND, FATHER, BROTHER, SON, UNCLE, and FRIEND. He enjoyed water activities, listening to music, and traveling to places like Puerto Rico and Hawaii where he was able to swim with dolphins! He was a skilled tradesman and worked in the sheet metal industry. Also, he was very intelligent and knew a little bit about everything. Nate departed this life on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Nate was preceded in death by his parents and older brother Lavonn Williams II. He leaves to cherish his memory wife Candi Williams; five children Sierra Wright, Trinity Williams, Nathan Williams, Jalayla Williams, and Mya Williams; one sister Cherisa Hutson and her family; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
