November 13th, 1929 - March 27th, 2012
Nellie F. Valdez Passed away March 27, 2012 at the age of 82. Preceded in death by parents Leonora and Jacinto Figueroa, sister Celia, brothers Gilbert, Fred, and Reynaldo, daughter Suzanna. Survived by husband of 64 years, Elias; children Gloria, Ralph (JoAnn), MaryAnn (Wyatt); sisters Annie and Terry; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Nellie touched many lives and will be greatly missed by family and friends and will remain in our hearts forever. Visitation 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Sunday April 1, 2012 at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway, with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be offered 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 2, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Church, 215 S. Craycroft Rd. followed by interment at Holy Hope Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association.
