She was born January 18, 1923 in Burchard, Pawnee County, Nebraska to Oliver Landon Davison and Grace Mae Boots Davison. The family moved to North Platte, Nebraska, where she was graduated from North Platte high school in 1939. Neola met and married Ora Everett “Pete” Beeson November 20, 1940 in North Platte. They were married for 70+ years. Two children were born to this union, Ronald Dean and Connie Kay. Pete was life long employee of the Union Pacific Railroad. The last move was to Wheat Ridge, Colorado, where they lived their final years. Neola was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She did not work outside the home (a job in itself), but did enjoy doing volunteer work and participated in other various organizations; PTA, Christian Women’s Club, missionary societies and taught Sunday school for many years. She and Pete were very active members of the Church of the Nazarene wherever their home. She was President of the North Platte Chapter of the WCTU and officer in the state organization.
