Nettie Salzman, 93, of Palm Harbor, passed away May 15, 2017. Nettie was born in Monticello, NY and moved to Florida in 1956. She graduated from the University of Miami, after which she became a teacher. Nettie enjoyed tennis, reading, the Miami Hurricanes and Dolphins, and time with her family. She is survived by her loving family; sons, Anthony (Shelley) and Andrew (Joan); daughter, Andrea Salzman Gardana; grandchildren, Glenn, Michael (Aynsley), Nicole, Amanda (Paul), Ashley, Rachel, and Matthew; and great-grandchildren, Lucas, Joshua, and Ella. Nettie was predeceased by her beloved husband of 64 years, Irving. Graveside services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, May 18 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Nettie's memory to Menorah Manor. Guestbook at davidcgross.com David C.
