Phil's Memorial Service will be held at Grace Church, 5214 Stone Lake Dr, Wichita Falls, TX.

The service will be followed by a visitation before the family convenes together for personal time in Phillip's memory.

<li>It is not a very walkable city, so if you can, rent a car and or try to carpool or rideshare. Rideshare services may be slow.</li>
