Mt. Sterling, KY Nora V. Vanover, 81, died February 21, 2017. She is survived by her daughters Julie Prater and Sonna Rae (Tony) Vanover-McWilliams; sons Edwin (Nicole) Vanover and John (Lisa) Vanover; 6 sisters; 4 brothers; grandchildren Rebecca, Melissa, Stephanie, Daniel, Brittni, Jaeden and Cameron; several great grandchildren and a special nephew Gary Silcox. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Vanover, Sr.; parents Albert and Elizabeth Rohe; son Rick Lee Vanover Jr.; 1 sister; 2 brothers and grandson Michael. Noras life began from humble beginnings. She just completed the 7th grade in school, and after beginning her first job outside the home at age 50, at Hardees, she went on to achieve a management position at Sea Mist Resort. In her younger years, she loved to sing and dance. Her favorite times were spent at home with her family, where she was known as everybodys mom. Family was everything to her, especially the babies. Nora was strong in her faith, and she will be missed by everyone who knew her. Funeral Information None
