Norris C. Higgins, 87 of Old Sun City, Fl passed away November 17, 2013. He retired from the Assembly of God with over 70 years of service with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances and by his son, Malachi. Survivors include his son, Ray V. Higgins and his brother, Kyle Higgins and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in memory of Norris Higgins c/o River of Life Christian Center, 6605 Krycul Avenue, Riverview, Fla 33578.
