Fernandez-Perez, Osvaldo, 77, of St. Petersburg, died Saturday, May 26th, 2001 at his home. He was born in Puerto Rico and came here in 1983 from Lakewood, CA. Locally, he was a book binder at Precision Litho and he was a member of the Florida Farm Bureau in Bradford County, FL. He was Catholic and he was a WW II Army veteran. He is survived by 2 sons, Johnny Fernandez of St. Petersburg; Osvaldo E. Fernandez, Jr. of FL; 3 daughters, Gladys Ballentine of Palm Springs, CA; Maruca Fernandez and Amparo Duvall, both of Puerto Rico; 1 sister, Lolita Fernandez of Puerto Rico; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
