Otto DuWayne Meyer
July 23rd, 1933 - September 26th, 2022
Otto DuWayne Meyer died Monday September 26th, 2022 at the age of 89 years old in Castle Rock, Colorado. Otto was born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and was one of seven siblings. Otto was a retired Navy veteran and retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Otto lived in many places during his Navy career, taking him to Fort Collins, Colorado where he met his wife Bonnie. He enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family. Otto is survived by his wife Bonnie Meyer; daughters Kristal Morris (Shawn Morris) and Jodi Payne (Ken Payne) and son Brian (Amanda) Meyer, five grandchildren; Kiera McKee, Cortnee Morris, Emilee Morris, Kaden Meyer and Jacob Payne. Memorial services for Otto will be held at 10:30am, Thursday, October 13th, 2022 at Epiphany Lutheran Church; 550 East Wolfensberger Rd, Castle Rock, CO 80109 with interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Castle Rock. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Epiphany Lutheran Church.
