Pamela R. Akins age 63 of Saint Paul pased away on March 5, 2019. Survived by her husband, Darryel R. Akins, Sr.; children, Ernest Charles Coleman, Jr., Lashelle Dionne Coleman, and Dante Maurice Akins; 7 grandchildren; sister, Joette Shaheed; also survived by a host of relatives and friends. Service 12:00 p.m. Friday March 22, 2019 at Mount Olivet Baptist Church, 451 W. Central Ave., St. Paul. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service at church on Friday (11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)

Spielman Mortuary has been helping Saint Paul families since 1950 when Kenneth and Helen Spielman purchased the National Funeral Home. For over 30 years, the couple lived above the funeral home and took just one vacation. They sold the home in 1984 to the Willwerscheid family. We still operate Spielman Mortuary with the same traditions of pride, sensitivity, value, and attention to detail that the Spielmans followed for over three decades....
