“Pamela June Fields of Denver, Colorado, passed away on May 24, 2012, at the age of sixty-three. She was born to Ralph and Helen Crisler (nee Jones) on April 20, 1949, and graduated from Charles Boettcher High School on June 1st, 1967. After this, she attended Metro State College, graduating on June 8th, 1972. She married Roy Fields on March 21st, 1975, and they had two children, Kelly and Elliot. She was voted Miss Wheelchair Colorado for 1977, and she worked for the federal government as a Nutrition Program Specialist for many years, retiring in 2008. She loved to travel, plant flowers and play with her pets. Pam is survived by her children Kelly and Elliot, and her loving grandson Johnnie. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Park Hill United Christian Church in Denver.
