Gibson, Patricia S., 80, of St. Petersburg, went home to be with her Heavenly Father on June 20, 2008. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on January 12, 1928. Patricia married Robert W. Gibson Jr. on August 11, 1951 and served a lifetime as the wife of a Presbyterian minister. Pat and her husband served at Raccoon Presbyterian Church in Aliquippa, PA, First Presbyterian Church in Birmingham, MI, First Presbyterian Church in Joliet, IL, First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MI, and People's Church in East Lansing, MI. They moved to Florida in 1986 after her husband's retirement. Patricia was a long time member of P.E.O. She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years: Robert Gibson Jr.; her son: Robert Gibson III of Marshall, MI; her daughter: Wendy Gibson of Crystal Falls, MI; her son and daughter-in-law: Bruce and Jennifer Gibson of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren: Sonja and husband Joshua Mack, Alicia and husband Michael Angus, Tyson Warner, Cory Warner, Rebecca and husband Neil Marcellus, Daniel and his wife Lindsey Gibson, Chanda Gibson, and Melissa Gibson; and great-grandchildren: Tristian Gibson, Andrew Angus, Wesson Angus, and Aiden Marcellus. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2008, at 10am at Westminster Suncoast, 6909 Dr. M. L. K. St. S. The family has requested memorial donations be made to First Presbyterian Church of St. Petersburg, 701-Beach Drive NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home-NE
