Patricia Ann Hines

Patricia Ann (Walker) Hines passed away on November 16, 2017. She was born November 24, 1929 to Maxwell G. and Ida E. Walker in Toledo, Ohio. She graduated from Whittmer High School and The University of Toledo. She had a Bachelor of Education (P.E.) degree and she was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. In 1952 she married William J. Hines in Toledo, Ohio. She is survived by her husband of 65 years and three children: Stephen G. (Susan) Hines of Eliot, Maine; Tracy Lynn (William) Bland of Crystal Lake, Illinois; and William W. (Patricia) Hines of Irvine, California; and four grandchildren. She was a homemaker, part-time teacher, and merchandiser working for Proctor and Gamble before her retirement. She moved to Englewood in 1995. She was active in the Oyster Creek Golf and Country Club community and she worked for 19 years as a volunteer at the Sun Coast Humane Society.
