IRMO - Patricia Jo Hinson. A Celebration of Life service for Patricia Jo Hinson, 70, of Irmo, will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Lakeside Gazebo at Woodridge Memorial Park, 138 Corley Mill Road, Lexington, SC 29072. Chaplain Chuck Bird will officiate. Interment in Woodridge Memorial Park will follow the service. The family will greet friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Woodridge Funeral Home of Lexington. Mrs. Hinson passed away Sunday, February 26, 2017 at her home with her family at her bedside. Born in Montgomery, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Henry and Marguerite Maiuri Jaquay. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Angus R. Hinson; son, Charles E. Potter and his wife Margaret "Missy" of West Columbia; daughter, Kimberly Potter White and her husband Lorne of Gilbert; five grandchildren, Dawn E. Vermullen, Amy Jo Vermullen, Melissa R. Fernell and her husband Chad, Brittany M. Garrett, Nichole R. Haigler; one great-grandson, Merritt L. Redman; brothers, Joseph Jaquay and Linda Snyder, Robert Jaquay; sisters, Catherine Fisher and her husband George, Julia Traylor and her husband John; sister-in-law, Cheryl Hinson. In addition to her parents, Pat was predeceased by a sister, Mary Esther Lee. The family would like to thank Darcy, Avis, Louise and Chuck of Amedysis Hospice, and the doctors and staff of MUSC in Charleston, SC for their loving care and friendship.
